Taste: It starts with refreshing tickling of bubbles and floral aromas. It continues with bitter apples and alocoholic notes. The taste is intensive but pleasant. Long, dry finish. Suprisingly similar to Prosecco!

My subjective conclusion: It is a distinguished cider for special occassions. It can be enjoyed on its own or served with some roasted meat. Don't miss this one if you like dry ciders. 8/10
